We don’t do just do "basics." we teach Essentials. Our monthly series at Damsha Creative Studios is designed to bypass the fluff and get you moving with confidence, connection, and style.

The Level System: The "All-In" Approach

Here we focus on creating zouk dancers. Our sessions are structured so that every level of experience gains high-value skills simultaneously.

• 7:00 PM – Technique This hour we break down the mechanics of Zouk, introducing all the essentials, fresh concepts and technical precision. Beginners learn the right way from the start; experienced dancers learn and refine the techniques and movements that make them the most sought-after follows and leads on the floor.
  

• 8:00 PM – Integration (Transitions & Guided Practice) Knowledge is useless without muscle memory. We revisit movements introduce new concepts and tie them together with the new ideas from the first hour. This is where we focus on transitions—the "glue" of Zouk—including guided practice to ensure the moves stick before you hit the social floor, learn how to chain moves and create your own patterns! *If you missed previous classes this is also your chance to catch up.
