General refund policy
Refund requests must be submitted to Support@northernzoukhub.com or in person, no later than 14 days prior to the event in order to be eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable processing fees. A deposit fee of £2.50 plus 2.5% of the purchase price will be retained. After the provision of the service or upon the scheduled service date passing, refunds will only be considered under valid and substantiated circumstances, and will be assessed in compliance with prevailing consumer protection laws and regulations in Scotland.
It can take up to 5 business days to receive a refund once the process has been initiated.
Exchanges and Spot switches
If you wish to request a spot or ticket transfer, please contact the organizer at Support@NorthernZoukHub.com. Exchanges can be accommodated up to 24 hours before an event. If you want to transfer the value of a ticket we can provide you with credit towards another workshop, event, class or private, this is not a reversible process.
