Terms of Service for Northern Zouk Hub

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in Northern Zouk Hub("the Class"). By enrolling in and attending the Class, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional rules and guidelines provided by the organizers.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the Class. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

3. Safety and Behaviour

a. Safety: The organizers reserve the right to refuse service to any participant if there are concerns about their safety or the safety of others. This includes but is not limited to instances where a participant's actions may pose a risk to themselves or others.

b. Privacy: Participants are expected to respect each other's privacy. Any form of unwanted or intrusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

c. Behaviour: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Complaints about bad or rude behaviour will be taken seriously, and appropriate action may be taken, including refusal of service. Refunds are at the behest of Northern Zouk Hub.

4. Payment and Fees

a. Payment for the Class must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided by the organizers.

b. Fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided during the Class, including but not limited to choreography, music, and instructional materials, are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Northern Zouk Hub. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.

6. Liability

a. Participation in the Class is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the Class.

b. Participants are encouraged to inform the organizers of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely.

7. Cancellation and Changes

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Class, or to make changes to the schedule or location. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9. Right to Amend

The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Northern Zouk Hub website.
